Yes, LXi is compatible with Adobe Illustrator. Illustrator lacks the cutter drivers needed to convert its graphics into vinyl signs, but Illustrator users can export their art as.EPS or.AI files, and import them into LXI to be sent to the plotter. This software is plug-in software for the Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW on the Windows OS. It sends the cutting object to the Graphtec cutting plotter, and can also control the plotter. Note: If Cutting Master 4 is used on Windows 7, it should be in Ver.3.20. Note: If you are using FC8000 series, please use Ver2.20. Graphtec does not support software/driver used with operating systems that have become obsolete and are no longer supported by the OS developer. (.3) In plug-in software Cutting Master 2 and Cutting Master 3, new version will not be released even if the OS or application software is updated.
